In His Hands-A Nonprofit for NICUs was founded by Erin Amyx, who experienced her own NICU journey after a placental abruption at 27 weeks gestation. Spending 80 days at a NICU 300 miles from home, Erin searched for a devotional to get her through the long days. After not finding one, she felt God calling her to write one on her own. After writing the devotional, In His Hands, she wanted to start a nonprofit to care for NICU families in the way she needed during their journey. In His Hands-A Nonprofit for NICUs provides care packages and support to families in NICUs.  We are passionate about providing a helping hand and understanding ear to families going through the NICU experience, because we have been there too.
